PHILLIP AND TINA PROCELL

Phillip Procell is a 1977 graduate of Pine Tree High School.  He graduated from Kilgore College and attended The University of Texas at Tyler.  Tina Procell is a 1978 graduate of Longview High School and also graduated from Kilgore College.  They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  Procell's has always been a family owned and operated business and proud to be located in East Texas.
